The Connectors Community is new. This movie explains what the Connector community is all about. It sprung from the notion that social networks have value and that Connectors are making an investment in the physical world and initiating a level of social change via a viral community, which then translates to the real world.
Connectors rarely meet. They commit, site unseen, to a relatively anonymous online community based on the simple premise that an online network will make a bunch of as yet unrelated people, more productive.
These people are willing to become involved in this community and are not required to register as such in order to become one of now 800 individuals who hand over their details and volunteer their time, largely on trust and mutual obligation. They do so because they feel that this is a community involvement which can offer them a chance to — change the world.
